Services / Tests carried out
The Seed Testing Laboratory has facilities for seed certification. Tests for seed samples for parameters such as purity, viability, vigour of tree seeds are undertaken. Testing the seed filling, seed anatomical studies and seed biochemical parameters are conducted.
Characterization lab
The FGR species are characterized for active principles and molecular markers aid conservation.
Documentation lab
The information about FGRs are compiled and updated for networking.
